Two color injection molding machine for Plastic Products
This hydraulic rotary series of rotary table efficient injection molding machine is suitable for multi-purpose injection molding and excellent for insert molding. The compact design requires less floor space and makes the take-out process easier. There are two or more lower molds which can be turned by 180 or 360 angles. One mold is for forming the parts, and the other is for fetching the parts. With high safety, efficiency can be improved by 40% to 80%. The finished products will come out from fixed front position of working platform. It allows one person to operate and it can save the labor cost by more than 40%.
Features & Applications:
1. Upper platen attached with 2 upper molds, rotary table attached with 2 under molds, rotary table turns in 180 degree forward and reverse, then double color/ double materials injection is accomplished.
2. Vertical clamping with rotary table, plus two independent injection units with respective hydraulic oil system controlled through computer, even more suitable for double-color/ material injection.
3. General rotary table with 2 stations, 3/ 6 stations are optional, operating easier and improve production efficiency.
4. Scalable computer program and special multi station rotary table(2 upper molds, 4 under molds), attached with automatic insert and takeoff device, achieve automatic production.

A: After you confirm our PI, you can pay through T/T (HSBC bank) and L/C.

2. Then we issue an PI for your confirmation. Customer should makes payment deposit before we enter production.
3. After we receive the deposit, we start to process the order.
4. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for machine details video to confirm and you should prepare the rest payment.
5. After the rest payment has been received, we start to ship out the goods for you.
d) How do you control quality through production process?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the semi-finished goods before they go into next step production process.
